Whether you're outfitting an entire site or maintaining one, our team can coordinate and even install whatever you need. Division eight

Hollow Metal Doors & Frames

  • We provide various welded frames, including knock-down and drywall frames, and we can prepare borrowed lite frames and side lite frames through our welding shop.

Division eight

Architectural Wood Doors

  • All types of special preps and lite kits can be cut into doors as needed in our shop, and most of our stock doors are un-finished so you can customize them with a wide variety of stain selections as well (see image to the right for a preview)
  • We stock a variety of quality architectural wood doors at all times, with ranges of species and finishes available. Pre-hung wood door units are also available through our vendors, as direct shipments or on our truck.
  • VT Industries, Mohawk Flush Doors, & Marshall Door Systems, Inc. are all architectural suppliers that we're affiliated with.
Division eight

Finish Hardware

  • We carry a wide variety of hardware sets to meet any commercial needs, from trusted brands such as:
    Hager, Schlage, Yale, Von Duprin, Falcon, Corbin Russwin, H. B. Ives, and Lori Lock (just to name a few)
  • In addition to supplying hardware, HKS can also provide cut keys for Primus and Standard cylinders, with same day pick-up or direct ship available for emergent needs.
  • Most finish hardware products are also available in a variety of finishes, though the satin chrome finish (626) is available on most of our stock hardware sets. This meets ANSI/BHMA requirements and performs well under corrosion resistance testing.

Accessories & Specialties

  • We can outfit washrooms with every accessory—from grab bars and napkin dispensers to baby changing stations and appropriate signage—to provide a luxury experience for clients
  • Other specialties can include commercial locker setups, wire shelving, accessibility signage, parking lot and flag poles, and more; however, partner with our sales team on any other requirements that may need to be sourced.
  • We partner with several leading vendors, such as Activar Construction Products, American Specialties, Inc., ASI Global, Bobrick, Bradley Company LLC, & Knox Company, to provide a variety of division ten products.
  • Fire extinguishers and cabinets, access panels, and Knox boxes are also available for any safety and protection needs.
